Appointments
made by House and Senate leaders
One
of the last bills to emerge from each legislative session is
the so-called “appointments bill” in which the Senate
President Pro Tem and the Speaker of the House appoint people
to literally dozens of boards and commissions. We’ve gone
through this long piece of legislation and culled out those
that include NCCBI members or are boards that are important to
NCCBI members. The condensed list follows:
